What is Fraxel® laser treatment?
The Fraxel® laser treatment is a non-surgical cosmetic treatment that improves the tone, texture and radiance of aging, sun-damaged or scarred skin. It is made to restore a youthful appearance without dramatic changes or extended downtime.
How does Fraxel® work?
What does it do and what can you expect?
Fraxel® uses microscopic laser columns that penetrate deep into your skin to expedite your body’s remodeling of collagen. It promotes very rapid healing by treating a fraction of tissue at a time, leaving the surrounding tissues intact.
With regular treatments spaced between 2 and 4 weeks, the optimal improvements are usually visible within 2 to 3 months.
Since everyone’s skin is unique, your skincare or aesthetic professional might recommend a different regimen adapted to your needs and concerns.
